Marnie MacAlpine believes that a well-informed community is an empowered one.  That's why communication is at the heart of her campaign.  Chelsea is home to a wide range of vital organizations and programs, yet too many residents remain unaware of the resources available to them.  As your District 4 City Councilor, Marnie will work to strengthen the flow of information between City Hall and our neighborhoods, making sure every resident feels seen, heard and connected.

Marnie has been deeply rooted in the Chelsea community for years, and her commitment to public service is unwavering.  For the past four years, she has volunteered to serve on the Chelsea Licensing Commission - currently as Chair - advocating for fair practices and responsible governance.  Since December 2023, Marnie has also led the Chelsea Hill Community group, organizing citywide cleanups and safety walks that bring neighbors together and promote pride in our shared spaces.  Her record reflects her values: action, accountability, and community first.

Marnie MacAlpine's allegiance is to the residents of District 4 and the broader City of Chelsea.  As an independent voice, she will advocate for transparent, responsive leadership and make decisions for what is best for our community - not special interest groups, political party, or personal gain.  Marnie is committed to representing everyone, not just the loudest voices in the room.
