District 4 (includes ward 3 precinct 3 | ward 3 precinct 4)
The city of Chelsea has done some redistricting which will be in effect for the coming election. Much of the new District 4 was formerly known as District 7.
The preliminary election for Chelsea will be held on Tuesday, September 26, 2023.
The city election will then take place on Tuesday, November 7, 2023.
Marnie MacAlpine has lived in Chelsea for ten years. The first half as a renter on Gerrish Avenue, and the second half as a homeowner on Franklin Avenue.
Marnie MacAlpine works in the hospitality industry and does not currently work for/in Chelsea. She does however serve as the Chairperson of the City of Chelsea Licensing Commission. Having been appointed to this Board in 2021, she has been volunteering her time ever since.
